Worker Phoenix 2.0 Upgrade Flywheels for High-speed Motors

These upgrade flywheels are designed to go with workers High Speed 132 motors as a third stage in the Phoenix 2.0 blaster.  They are slightly heavier than the standard upgrade motors  but have increased material to grip the motor shaft, and include a cutout in the bottom of the wheel to better fit the motors bearings.
